Drive-In COVID RP 2.1 PCR Testing: Drive to the back entrance of Urgent Care of Texas facilities while remaining seated in your car.
Curbside Patient Screening: Our Nurses are screening patients at the back of the facility upon arrival for any symptoms such as Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath, Sore Throat, Weakness, Diarrhea, Vomiting, or Loss of Smell. If the patient has any of the listed symptoms or has been in contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive individual or has traveled domestically or internationally in the 14 last days, the Nurse connects them for a TeleMedicine visit with the Provider.
COVID-19 RP 2.1 PCR Nasopharyngeal swab sample is collected, RESULTS ARE PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE IN 1 HOUR.

Virtual Waiting Room:
To limit the number of patients in the waiting room and avoid exposing others, we are examining symptomatic patients in the tent for virtual visits.
Increased Sanitation: We have elevated our already high standard of cleanliness through our professional cleaning crew who disinfects and sanitizes the facility 7 days a week. We have also implemented frequent hand washing and hand sanitizer usage by all employees.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, everyone above the age of 2 must wear a face mask (cloth or surgical) upon entering the facility.
