How often should be the check up?

Earlier, all medical groups would suggest an annual health examination. However, the American Medical Association and some other medical groups are now advocating that medical checkups be performed differently in men and women for different age groups. As per their new observation men adults over 18 should go through health checkups once in every five years until the age 40 and then after it should be once in every one to three years. For women in the same age group the frequency should be once in three to five years.
